  • Art Prints: Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged, incorrect, or missing.
    Please contact info@promptmagazine.store with your order number and photos of the issue before returning any item.

  • Books: Returns and refunds are managed directly by Amazon according to their own policies.
