Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of withdrawal – 14 days (European Union standard)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw and return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (tube or protective mailer for prints). A proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
To request a return, please contact us at info@promptmagazine.store with your order number, item, and reason for the return (include photos if the item is defective or damaged).
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong purchase, the return shipping costs are at your expense.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs (by providing a label or refunding documented expenses).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

  • Sale items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Exchanges
To receive a different product, please return the item first, and once the return is approved, you can place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days from receipt of the goods.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since our confirmation and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@promptmagazine.store.

Packaging for prints
To prevent damage, prints must be returned in the original tube or rigid mailer with all protective materials.
Returns showing bends, creases, or scratches not caused by shipping may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
